The registered office of the company is at 19/2360, Ambakkadan Junction, Thrissur. Ph:2424391,2424090,2424030 .The company is registered under Companies Act 1956 as private limited company on 18th September 1978 with authorized capital Rs.125000/- divided by 25 equity shares of Rs.5000/-. In that 24 shares issued .The paid up capital was 60000/- divided by 24 shares of Rs.2500/-. The first chairman of the company was Sri.Pallan.J.Kunjuvareed.The first Board of Directors was Sri.Pallan.J.Kunjuvareed, Adv.P.D.Thomas, P.K.Sankunny, P.L.Varghese, and Prof.T.O.Mathew, K.J.rappai, P.D.Lonappan, C.P.Anto, K.J.Kochupaul.
On 8th July 1998 the company changed to Public Limited Company with authorized capital of Rs.2500000/- divided into 2500/- shares of Rs.1000/- of which 1000 shares issued and now the paid up capital is 2 Crore and eighty lakh (2800000).
